WHO ARE WE?

We are a turkish-german couple living in Germany. We are renting out these apartments to scholars and short-term visitors. Our manager Soner's office is next door to our main entrance (Kilic Aslan street 20), he takes care of key service, cleaning and all problems you may have during your stay, such as with internet, electricity, water, bathroom etc. He speaks only Turkish but he is very friendly, efficient and helpful. Our guests can reach us anytime by sending us a WhatsUpp message, an SMS, email or by calling to our cell phones. We are in close contact with Soner and he acts promptly.
